- We endeavour to ship to most countries worldwide, with delivery costs calculated at checkout for the best available rates.
TAXES & DUTIES
- Each piece is crafted and shipped from our embroidery studio in the UK. Delivery locations outside of the UK may be subject to import fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
RETURNS
- You’re welcome to return your order within 14 days for a full refund. We kindly ask that items are unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging. As we ship internationally, we’re unable to arrange return shipping on your behalf.
